A native of Toronto, Canada, he is double Board Certified by the American Board of Cosmetic Surgery (ABCS) and by the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery (ABOMS). Dr. Quereshy is also an Associate Professor and the Residency Program Director of the Department of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at the Case Western Reserve/University Hospitals Case Medical Center. He serves on the Craniofacial Team at Rainbow Babies and Children Hospital in Cleveland, Ohio.
Dr. Quereshy received his Bachelor of Science degree in Human Biology from the University of Toronto and earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree from the School of Dental Medicine at the State University of New York at Buffalo, graduating Cum Laude. He then went on to attain his medical degree (MD) from Case Western Reserve University’s School of Medicine in Cleveland, Ohio.
Among his current academic responsibilities, Dr. Quereshy holds the position of Secretary and board examiner for the American Board of Cosmetic Surgery (ABCS), and was appointed to the Board of Trustees for the American Academy of Cosmetic Surgery (AACS). Most recently, he was elected to serve a 6-year term as an examiner for the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons (ABOMS).
Dr. Quereshy has been the recipient of a number of research grants and has given numerous continuing education seminars and presentations locally and nationally in his specialized fields. He has published a number of scientific and clinical papers, as well as textbook chapters, in professional journals and books and is dedicated to active participation in a significant number of professional organizations devoted to the advancement of facial cosmetic and reconstructive surgery facial surgery, both at the local and national levels.
Dr. Quereshy has numerous active professional affiliations, including fellowship memberships in the American College of Surgeons (FACS), the American Academy of Cosmetic Surgery, and the American Dental Society of Anesthesiology (ADSA). He is a Diplomate of the American Association of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeons and the National Dental Board of Anesthesiology. In addition, he holds active memberships with the American Medical Association (AMA), the American Society of Maxillofacial Surgeons, the Ohio Society of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons, the American Cleft Palate – Craniofacial Association, the American Dental Association, the Ohio Dental Association, and the Medina County Dental Society.

I'm a facial specialist – a surgeon and educator trained in two specialties to treat patients who want or need aesthetic or functional improvements of the face.
